Subsequent management of project delivery including programming across 25 different venues and locations, recruitment and management of consultants, marketing and publicity, budgetary monitoring and reporting.

Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site
Strategic Development Manager for the ‘Jurassic Coast Arts Strategy’, Developed project concept and strategic positioning to secure Arts Council funding (value £460,000) project; authorship of strategic development documents (Code of Practice for Art in Sensitive Landscapes, Public Art Action Plan, Protocol for engagement); consultation with stakeholders to develop high quality, inclusive Arts Programme; programming and management of events across whole of Jurassic Coast.

Bridport Heritage Forum
Concept development, fundraising and project management of multi layered project spanning nine venues (value £70,000); delivery of education programme; curation of national exhibition valued at £570,000; production of art historical book; marketing and PR; interpretation; recruitment and management of consultants.
